Cut-throat competition is the main problem in Montreal, as more and more buyers and investors are competing over and overbidding on a shrinking supply of properties (owners aren’t motivated to sell since prices are going up, which creates a bubblicious spiral in prices).That is when I decided that I needed to go overseas to make some more serious money.
