Sometimes the foreclosure “rescuer” charges the borrower high 'service fees' up front and then disappears with the money without providing the promised service. .Each state has it's own foreclosure rescue/avoidance/solicitation laws.

Once Apartments.com is going the money comes without much thought. i check on the first to see that the transaction has initiated then again on the eighth to see that the money deposited.

Either way, the property will cash flow like crazy once my unit is rented.I have enough capital to get into a bigger property with low money down and am seriously considering a triplex or fourplex for the next one.Here’s the issue: My lender (local bank) says I need to be fully moved out and have a lease in place before they’ll proceed with my loan.
