- Focus on the segment of the market that's buying.

I am trying to see if it would make good business sense to farm out the negotiation segment of my business and consentrate mainly on marketing and aquisition.

I only know about the segment of the market that's 80K or below, because that's what I look at, but they do seem to be moving fast here now when the bank prices them right.

Smaller homes with somewhat luxury amenities is a great markey for the fastest growing segment, boomers down sizing and retirees.
