@Somesh MukherjeeIf you are looking at investing in the cleveland market I would recommend being in areas on the West Side of Cleveland like West Blvd, Cudell, Old Brooklyn, Clark Fulton, Edgewater, Jefferson, and Brooklyn Centre.

Kind of in the higher tax bracket and finding ways to reduce our tax burden .Not needed for tax purposes or really recommended unless there is a specific use for generating losses. 

I would have recommended getting it cleaned out.

You'll learn a lot here.I recommend focusing on 1 strategy/business model and going all in on that one until you've mastered it and it's stable.

This is where the lender and original owner seek the investigation by the A.G., FTC, HUD and others and the FBI does actually get involved to see if there is a pattern.   

I also highly recommend a boutique hotel mastermind.

It's also nice that they have their own recommended insurer, those rates are much lower then what I would pay up in the northeast. 

If anyone in this area has a good recommendation I would greatly appreciate it.

If that does not go in my favor I may need to seek legal counsel.
