One thing you should consider is checking the sex offender registry in those markets, you might be very surprised at what you find.The NEREIA in Chelmsford usually has a PM or two but not anyone I can recommend.

In response to your question about being a cash buyer - you are not considered a cash buyer because you are using a private lender who will also be 1st mortgage once recorded at the registry.

Send them a good old fashioned letter, or knock their door if you're feeling ballsy.Another trick is to find properties owned by LLCs or INCs on the public record, then search your state's business registry (if it has one) for the company's formulation documents.

If it was deeded to you as whole or joint, there is no way they can change that now without your signature.If you don't want to get your aunt in potential trouble, then ask her and then correct it.If you want to get her busted, then call the Registry and ask why...they will investigate.If this is something shady.....who is to say they wont later change it to just them ?
