Put yours to work AND figure out other way to add value to your investment pursuit and then keep getting 1% better every day. 

The biggest thing that adds value to me in this pursuit is 1.relevant and 2. detailed info

A lot of young adults start going right into college in pursuit of a degree for a job they know nothing about only to graduate with a degree they don’t want to use.

If your goal is financial independence or freeing up your time for other pursuits, you don't want to be plunging a toilet at 9pm on a Sunday.The more involved you are with your renters, the more likely things will go south on you.Just some things to consider.
