AI is good for a first draft of things, not for widespread usage.People are looking to use AI to move quicker, but it only makes you or your product more robotic (artificial intelligence and such).

You cannot change the area or the demographics of the area, so you have to pull the levers that community "needs" / "wants". 

Yes of course its price can be more volatile and can go down faster than real estate would but long term it appreciates and pays every month.Curious on BP communities thoughts..
