Will the players in a chat be the only ones who can see the chat?

It has definitely worked for me.The point I'm trying to get across to you is that the real players in this business aren't doing what the masses are.

I'm 22 so I know exactly how you feel wanting to buy everything and be a big time real estate player right away, but honestly it just doesn't work that way.

The hotel world is not like residential, it's a very small circle of players.  

What are your thoughts about this deal if you don't mind looking at it:Looking for advice on offer/max price.Also looking for what I missed in calculations.First the hard part:This property is in rural TN in a town of about 20k population.Current owner has been renting to local college for basketball players/coaches (both boys and girls teams have used it).

@Mayour Patel The Connecticut MLS is still the dominant player for listed deals around here and is where most of my clients find their buy and hold multi-families or even the multi-families they rehab.There are some auction sites as well that provide some access to potentially good deals as well.Feel free to reach out with any specific questions as I am very familiar with the market around the area that you live.

The reality is the big players will have a strong deal flow and will come up with deals they can't take into their existing pipeline.  

Obviously some investors will be more comfortable with that than others, and it's really up to the platforms to keep those standards high if they want to remain long-term players.

However  he is a key player on our team.
