As far as I know their is no platform that will stop a tenant from using their services.

Overall I think BP is a very well run company and one of my favorite platforms.#1 - Cash Flow Investing - is for novice investors. 

I am an accountant and exported the ledger and showed this to the PM and he agrees with me but there is nothing he can do since they don't have control over the platform.

In the real estate SFH market, we observed multiple platforms like Zillow, Redfin, Realtor, Trulia, and Movoto - each offering unique user interfaces, features, and experiences. 

You do get a small boost on most booking platforms right when you list, but overall it takes time to gain traction and perfect your pricing strategy.
