Does it have a small kitchen, in a flood zone, septic system, plastic CPCV plumbing, tree growing through gas line, modular home, foundation repair, auction listing, property code violations, past due taxes, murder or method house history, pit bull next door, corner house, finished and leaking basement?

I wouldn't put LVP or any plastic floors in even my dog house.

We looked at it from the outside, but couldn't tell much, there are tall weeds in the small back patio, and it has been winterized. 

Fire pit, grill, outdoor shower, yard games, air conditioning on both floors, outdoor patio, smart TVs, washer/dryer, and a special house drink!

Between the deficit of plastics coming out of Texas, a decrease in supply from the lumber industry as ppl got laid of during the pandemic, rise in shipping cost, and on top of that.... an increase in remodels from those putting their stimulus checks to work for them.

Anybody have experience with remodeling a back patio area for a rental property?

They wanted me to give them the Cash to fix up, decorate, furnish with all new furniture, set up a barbeque in the back with bigger patio etc. as they saw fit.

Seal the gaps and edges, make sure floor is levelish and free of sharp objects and debris every crawl has collectedAll in for everything, grading and plastic and sealant your looking at 500 bucks or LESS if you do it yourself and have a few tools and few hours of time.
