Another pro tip- right click on the photo in Chrome and do a reverse image search to see where the item comes from, it is usually way cheaper, and that's probably who Wayfair drop ships it from anyway. 

If you are very clear that you're selling the contract, a couple photos would be ok, then after you get somebody interested, can get more in detail.

I emailed RETA twice with photos of the sales sheets I received and NEVER heard a reply (similar to the previous poster).

He'd send out photos, videos of some of this as well as where he purchased gear, bait, etc. 

Think about the room or part of the house (maybe it's outside) that will be your cover photo - spend money there first.

I'd have photo documentation of the camera pointed at the pool.  

If anything is out of date or not showcased well through professional photos, the property is passed over for another one that stands out better.
