The hard part that a lot of people miss is that this is calculated over 30 years (or whatever your term is for your loan). 

It's a very lucrative business to start a website and drive traffic to then turn around and sell the leads to realtors or lenders.

Very few people have the ability and the time to work both sides of the transaction.

I wonder if building condos that are more affordable for people to purchase could be good.

I would love to find people in El Paso, TX to have relationships with and learn from.

That’s great advice Taz, I’m currently working on saving enough money to get started, house hacking is hard for me at the moment because I just bought a house 2 years ago, I would have to sell my house(which is in a great neighborhood great location) and use that money to fund the duplex which isn’t totally out of the question, I would like to keep the house if possible but also would like to get real estate investing more.

What was done fraudently that also could not have been discovered in underwriting that people should be aware of?

There's a 38 unit fully renovated likely willing to sell at over a 7 cap.

I may focus on that market since I can hit some people up to be boots on the ground.
