Hi Richard, Knocking doors works well although time consuming, talk to everyone in the area and let them know what your doing and they may know one of the neighbours or friends that may want to sell if there not.Resltors have a greater and faster chance of locating properties that go on the market, and are searches can be detailed as well, so I can locate deals based on many deferent factors.
