I thought maybe I was missing something.

One of my friends recently asked me for advice, and I want to make sure there's not something I'm missing or a better option for him. 

I think it's hard to miss with beach towns, but you just need to keep up with the politics of such places!

You know, I remember when I was just getting started myself... it can feel like trying to drink from a firehose with all the information out there, but places like Bigger Pockets really make the journey more manageable.

The last 5 or 6 years you had to go up north to go snowmobiling and nobody around here owns one anymore.Last year we had a good amount of snow only for 3 weeks in January (perfect timing, because I was riding a motorcycle down to the end of South America and totally missed it, so as my wife likes to point out I never had to shovel the driveway once the entire winter.

The only thing your post is missing is the usual call to action.

It's been a lifesaver for removing things like reflections in mirrors or clutter that was missed during a showing.

Lender related: the house I live in was not lendable because it was missing a stove and had open shelving in the entire kitchen.

I have tried to do my due diligence on the company and founders and it appears to be legitimate - but I could be missing some things.
