Even with the manager, in mine, I'm thinking about and doing more in the STR than they ones I actively manage.

we have a flag lot and constant deliveries every single day.. so far so good.. we are on a culdesac with only 3 houses ( built mine and the one in front) someone would have to follow one of the vans to snag ours as you cannot see them from the street and I have not had anyone pull up into my driveway as you would have to back out.

Right now we are over 2 months into it being fully occupied and we have a pretty good understanding of the operating cost.

I finished mine and their project is still stuck at the phase with a bunch of garbage in the front. 

Ironically it's normally the individuals who go to the greatest lengths believing they are protecting themselves who are the most reckless in the way in which they operate their real estate.

I am pulling in between $500 to $1,000 from mine each month even at a high interest rate with about 25% down for each.
