@Jake Soper I've actually been working the southeast since I'm new to the game and folks tend to be a little more mild down there, but I'm going to have my first site focused in our neck of the woods in New England so that day will come and I will definitely take you up on that.

I would say 90%+ of my clients raise rents 20%+ first year after mild updates and proper marketing.
