Don't believe the hype of the media.

Platforms like social media (especially Facebook and Instagram), real estate websites (like Zillow and Realtor.com), and email marketing can be effective tools for reaching buyers and sellers.

Here's where to look for them:Real Estate Investment Groups and Forums: Participate in social media and online forums devoted to investing in real estate in Houston and its surrounding areas.

I would try to look at their social media accounts to get a good idea of whom they are or portray to be.

Promote your listing using online platforms, social media, and Airbnb's own tools.

It's a shame when someone falls flat on their face, "forgets" to pay the IRS and then needs to search for money and scape goats and starts to point fingers but it's part of the lovely open forums and social media we all have access to so do your own due diligence.  

On the other hand, you and I both know that this will lead to a TON of calls/complaints/negative posts on social media about a disagreement of whether a previous building professional should fix something for the new owner once out of warranty, not the contractor’s fault to begin with, etc.

Now social media is making it easier and some folks seem to think they are making a statement.
