@Shaival PatelI don't know about this proposal and I am all for a level playing field so if they propose the same tax on all lodging that makes sense, but I am not sure this is what that is.

Even if you decide to add a hunting lodge, etc... you may at least want a lot that can pass a perc test (so you can add a septic tank)Check for right-of way and easements on the propertyAnother possible revenue stream could be the trees themselves.
