I am willing to be dollars to donuts that most of your Section 8 tenants are able-bodied humans intelligent enough to get a job and pay their way through life, but they somehow manage to milk the system.

It's like whoever created this has only experienced life from a textbook and has no basic understanding of real life and basic business principles. 

Anyone you hire is merely there to reduce the burden on you and make your life easier, you are still the one in charge always always always.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.

I mean to get to 200 a month positive what is that going to do for you.. its not going to change your life.. .and 300 negative is probably not going to affect your life either..
