Speaking from personal experience (BS, MS, MD...eternal learner, but done with adding letters after my name for now!)

One thing I will admit is that I am definitely a slow learner where I think I know enough (not everything) about doing the math for real estate and then several years later found out how wrong I was and wished I had some genius broker watching my back.

I'm more of a visual learner.

Fast learner and I have the time to devote towards this new adventure.

Coaching is a form of development in which a person called a “coach” supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance. 

We're motivated learners and see this as a great opportunity.

You're newly out of college but being a life long learner will help you grow both personally and professionally.I'd pick up a copy of Set for Life by Scott Trench as it has a good framework for financial independence, especially for a younger investor.

Those people will relate to the learners much better.

I think learning sometimes as you go is the way to go, we are both fast learners, also we have all the basics down and have the plan laid out, I think we are ready mentally also to get in the door of the Real Estate world.

I also have a social media VA who helps me with my social media, real estate marketing and internet marketing efforts.You would want to look for someone who has great oral and written English, a fast learner, eager to learn, and honest.
