I have a question about how often I should follow up with a warm/hot lead.

It’s simple.The real challenge lies in lead generation.Specifically, in generating motivated seller leads.To succeed, you need to focus on being found by motivated sellers.

It appears to me this was a well thought out move that will lead to the Morris's having a nice  life here in Portugal and all the investors left in his wake are for the most part very much out of luck or any hope of collecting on judgements. 

Normally, the transfer of a loan from an individual to an LLC will lead to a due on sale clause. 

One that can send a message with the seller information included in the message (Seller Name, Property etc) There are many platforms such as REIreply , Batchleads, Launch Control , Smarter Contacts , Lead Sherpa etc.

-of the people who are interested, most will want a price that is too high.so out of that, you might get a small number of actual leads / motivated sellers.with that said, though, are you networking with investors and wholesalers?
