It might be close enough that it makes sense to pay a hair more to have someone else deal with them all together.Besides that, I am a strong advocate of keeping-it-real with your tenant.

Be a real estate agent, flip homes, house hack a duplex, work at a bank, etc.Point is to laser focus on your end goal by pursuing related education and doing as much on the side as possible. 

Leave the tough ones like the hair crack in the ceiling.  

If you have a laser printer they look a lot nicer.

I (and maybe you too) have a hair trigger sensitivity to anything that smells like inflation but now the fight seems to be against deflation.

Grease and hair cause more clogs than anything else and a garbage disposal won't help with either of those.

I can fix my hair again, get a manicure...I'm feeling rough...guys dont even hold doors for me anymore, and they used to hit on me all the time.
