It is a struggle to juggle to jobs and life but not impossible.

Fast forward 6 months trying to juggle long hours as a EMT and real estate at the same time I wasn't able to get my 2nd deal.

Also, understand that contractors have other jobs to juggle and they may not be on site for a week, then show up with more workers and blast through things getting back on schedule.
