Just in time when you might see end of year home prices taking a little dip since some sellers need to get properties off of their back to avoid paying taxes and renewing insurances again for new year. 

If I could go back in time and buy 2 or 3 units within an hour of portland instead of 10 with "great cash flow" In the Midwest I definitely would.
