I was able to get a contract on the house and should be closing by the end of July.I'm now starting my search for multi-family homes for next phase.

Have the home tested during your inspection phase; if lead paint is present, you can always request for it to be remediated or walk away from the deal.

Hello, I've been looking into wholesaling for a few months now and I've finally started to transition from the analysis paralysis phase to actually taking action (or trying to). 

A property does not usually hit the email blast phase until it's been picked over by others in your areas, so most of the time it will not be a deal....But if you get in the habit of looking at all of them and analyzing a few per day, it's a great exercise to sharpen your skill AND get to know the area.
