I have tenants storing metal for sale, beat up in-door furniture, toys, bikes, a grill all around the ground of the property (front, side, backyard).

I'm turning down a lot of potentially good tenants, other than the fact that they have little dogs who go on pads indoors.

I've been referred once for a guest claiming we had cameras indoors catching them smoking.

In most places you need to make sure that the furnace will keep the indoor temp at a least 68 degrees but making sure it is "balanced" would be outside the scope of what is required by law here in Ohio.

Thus, it is a considerably smaller slice of pie of potential guests.In 2008-10, I recall large cabins with indoor pools renting for well under $200 a night just to keep cash coming in.   

Our local indoor range has a weekly Sip-and-Shoot for the ladies.

I have so far not allowed cats in one of my properties (condo) but there is a seemingly good couple who has applied and has an indoor cat, so I'm debating what to do.
