Forgive my ignorance but what is a Connect?

Those are slumlords that ignore repeated warnings and fines or landlords that sexually harass their renters.You want to stay out of court?

Hi everyone,I apologize for my ignorance on the subject, but I was hoping someone could help me navigate a part of my real estate investing journey.

After a while you learn the area and values and can easily spot a good value but for the most part we ignore the asking prices and send offers that make sense for OUR numbers and goals.We have to send a lot of offers yes but it ensures we don’t overpay or if we do pay full price it’s because we absolutely loved the asset and see growth potential.

So many are focused on the major market's, chasing the #'s there, what's going on with things, and just ignoring the fact of hunting market's, following the #'s.     

I did not do what I did with him, that is, be nice, out of ignorance, or because I did not understand the risks or do not know how to manage my rental property.

I'm sorry @Ryan Twomey, I wanted to ignore this but.... it just seems so egregious when in context of your significant self-promotion along with such a wildly bizarre and totally incorrect: "....emerging markets such as Minneapolis, MN...". 

The sheer stupidity and ignorance of some people, I tell you.. increddible!
