Well, I wouldn’t go that far, people throw that word around too much these days but I would say they made a lot of promises that they haven’t kept and paint a very unrealistic picture with an extremely high pressure sales scheme that does a disservice to the vast majority of their students.

Also, which choice is better for you highly depends on what your real estate goals are and the experience level & skillset of the specific agent.Traditional agent and Redfin Agent could essentially be the same thing in many cases.

The DST I purchased with Allegiancy (Alorica DST in Ft Worth, TX) did not do good due diligence (in my opinion) regarding the structural quality of the buildings they purchased for this DST in 2022.
