i absolutely believe that there are certain principles in life that are set in motion, even before we were all born. principles such as gravity- no one has to do anything to make or even assist it in working. i think that giving and receiving or sowing and reaping are principles that work just the same. you must sow seeds before you can gather a harvest.

(I'm sure he'd love to harvest some appreciation, but I have observed him in this financial relationship to be more about short-term thinking and instant relief from pressures than about any sort of investment mindset.)Fact: I am in the midst of selling two of my properties (with closings coming up this week and July 2)--and I am about to have a lot of liquidity until I reinvest.
