Ok so I thought $1250 for a 3day course, (a usb which did not work and still waiting to receive a new one after emailing back and forth for a month now-they did however let me access it online instead), I can handle that.

Another consideration, @Jay Hinrichs, is whether the electrical infrastructure at the property can handle it. 

Not too shabby for a property we handled in just over a month.

I would do it one time as a good-will gesture, but I would make it clear that he has to handle it from that point forward.

For me the answer was, it's more work than I want to handle with little children and I'm not outperforming S&P 500 well enough to be worth the effort.Side point, if you are going for cash flow, you are eventually move to paid off properties so you are managing 20-30 not the 130 other people are quoting you. 

I believe they expect us to rollover and let our insurance company handle it and just settle.

I am a busy man, sometimes more than others, as we all are.I come in here to help others when I can.I make no money from this-and making money is my primary focus.That and handling the responsibilities and time consuming tasks that go with it.I also lead a very comfortable life full of friends and business acquaintances that take up a great deal of my time.

I have no problem handling the debt with my overall income, but the bank is putting pressure on me to do something now.
