If it is just the original water paint just water will do it. cover your hair and put something to cover your nose , it will get messy.

It's taken me a while, with my homeowner's mindset, to realize that there are people who will rent maybe forever, who are not or who cannot buy their own houses, and these can be fantastic people to attract.Put it all in writing, go over expectations clearly, SCREEN your applicants well, and offer good quality housing at the average rent for the area or even a hair below, and you're off to a good start.

With the exception of kitchen appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, etc.) and some bathroom appliances (hair dryers), a lot of electrical apparatus have gotten much more efficient.

Also ask for there handyman list they will give you the name and number. and ask about light fixtures that may have a hair size scratch what a steal you can get.2).
