After awhile, it started to seem like splitting hairs. 

Appearance Black mold is very fuzzy, almost looking as if it has hair.

Subsequently, either PR affirmatively stipulates to a lienholder (voluntarily) or DHCS uses CA DOJ to sue. 

Maybe bump that up a hair, but it's not bad.

I just lost a $1000 1 month reservation within minutes of the lady checking in because the guest found a single hair in the sheets and what looked like couple flakes of dandruff or crumbs.
