In San Diego I recommend descaling tankless annually and this is significantly more effort than draining 5 or 10 gallons from a tanked heater and changing anode every 5 years (by the way always use impact wrench to extract old anode as breaker bar can move water heater messing with other connections).

However, most new investors make a much lower return and could be upside-down for a long time.Cashing out equity to invest presented much less risk when mortgage rates were 3% and properties were producing better returns.For a green investor, borrowing money so you can borrow money is high-risk.

I can see VRBO trying to protect their brand and set a bar of excellence with this.However, it also makes you wonder if they are being rated accurately.
