The macroeconomics looks great - growing population, more jobs, and major companies investing and developing here like Intel, Google, Meta, Honda, etc.

I've been bookkeeping with a google drive spreadsheet. 

There is positive population growth, tech and manufacturing (Tesla, Google, Apple) moving to the area, and low property taxes.

But if the manager is at least good enough that they care about their long-term reputation (and also trying to get you to be an investor in future deals)...then this might help.If they are a bad one (or a good one and unable to change), then this is unlikely to make any difference.Remotely you can also do things like doing Google maps drive-bys, etc.

You can also find real estate investing groups through meetup.com, Facebook, or a Google search.

Back in the day when I sold rural ranch lands pre google earth you needed to be able to read and understand USGS quad maps and a compass and understand from certain points on the ground you had compass declination's just like when your flying. 

Not ready to pull any triggers at this point, just doing some research to see if anyone has used his service, he comes  up first on google and the typical good and not so good reviews.
