I'll be the first one to tell you this is by no means easy - but it's definitely worth it and fun as hell if you decide it's for you!   

Fun story: We're working on acquiring a portfolio.

.:: most companies are going to be dead situation now and they are holding cash as the number of orders has been slowing down a lot ….. the number of layoff in trucking sector is worrying becoz they are the front in inflation indicator  Take care on the road, hope your having some fun;)Yup, wholly agree.

A lot of work, but a lot of fun!

So often you see a bland 'beach/ocean' themed STRs...I get it, people are booking your condo to go to the beach and relax, but you can have a fun, stand out theme that still revolves around the ocean, relaxation, etc.

When you run your comps, are you using comps from when you got the hard money loan, or are you pulling fresh comps before your refinance?

Fun eh?

And let me tell you that was not fun for my folks.
