Being that I live in metro Detroit, so many good deals come my way, but its like I freeze up when it comes time to call up or email the listing agent or seller to offer a verbal price.

The property ended up being lifted from the freeze for the purpose of foreclosure.

The property is used as leverage against the person, just like they freeze any and all funds of yours that they can find until you agree to pay them what they are "owed".

I have seen a three year old house in the Rocky Mountains start losing its stucco from the freeze/thaw cycle and in six years have to be re-stuccoed.

I just have this concern that if there is a double dip in housing or some other event which leads lenders to tighten, then they might lessen it or even possibly freeze it.

I was under the impression that the "freeze" by numerous large banks would affect preforeclosures, delaying them from going to auction until the paperwork is re-checked.
