To make connections with other investors, real estate experts, and possible partners, go to local real estate investing clubs, meetings, and networking events.Leads/Properties: Explore via a variety of channels, including direct mail marketing, networking events, and internet platforms like Realtor.com, Zillow, and MLS, to locate leads and properties.

Most of these lessons can be learned here on Bigger Pockets or through Youtube channels. 

Would it be possible to start a youtube channel for my LLC, make it a "Real-Estate Journey" themed channel.

For finding qualified tenants, I've not found Facebook to be the most effective marketing channel.

There is ONE takeaway from my post.STOP feeding each other or propagating the idea that you need to cold call, bandit sign, DMM, SMS, or use lists, to get deals. 

I look through a variety of channels - MLS feeds, LoopNet, tips from brokers/agents, reaching out to PMs, asking if their owners want to sell and finally direct mail.
