Facebook is a great place to find these deals (specifically investor groups) and I personally come across these off market MFHs everyday.

People used to threaten to sell their places and move out of CA, but now, every day we have clients doing just that! 

Now, every day is like Christmas Eve until I can get closed, move and sell this property.  

I would take those all day everyday over the Oregon coast personally..

Im lucky to work in an interactive office environment for a private company, where I have the ear of some successful operators.Everyone learns differently, but without the working experience I now have (and continue to compile, every day), my path to operator would surely be a bit longer.
