Since then, I have started my own cleaning company specializing in Airbnb Turnovers, Commercial Real Estate, and working with Realtors to help create memorable client experiences. 

That style of learning and introduction to true industry catches my attention as having someone in the space that understands the space to bounce things off of and learn from seems to be the ideal way.I have through a handful of the webinars and follow up calls with different companies and they all basically pitch similar ideas and strategies.

.)- Average days on market- Absorption rate- Historical data on rents and sale prices in the area- Population growth- Main economic drivers (industries, individual companies, etc.)- Crime stats... if you know specific zip codes/submarkets that you'd like to target, the best data will come from local precincts. - and more..I'd recommend remaining active not only here on BiggerPockets, but in other valuable RE investment networks that you can find - i.e. local meetups (meetup.com, eventbrite, BP local events). 

These groups are goldmines for finding mentors, reliable vendors, and other investors to learn from.Property ManagementChoosing the right property management company can make or break your experience.

@Tammy Elias The lease is tied to the property, not the management company.

Start with a RE attorney, by definition, your contract is voidable, and do not forget the title company has some obligation in this as well.

The title company will handle clearing the title but won’t manage personal agreements.

Get in contact with a 1031 exchange company during the transaction and roll it into another property perhaps.
