I prefer an empty house; rooms appear larger; no distraction with items in rooms that may or not be to the prospests taste; showing the house is an art that needs to be fined tuned, having some insight into what the prospect is looking for also helps; prospects are knowledgeable the person showing the house needs to beas well.

Sorry I didn't mean to sound discouraging I just remember being new and trying to turn every call into a deal and I think it distracted me from doing more mailers and bringing in more leads.

So, we began building in a modular system (stiil for that property as to the grade requirement) allows easy removal.Bath bars were not a problem, the toilet is a distraction, not so bad if it's out of the way next to a cabinet.
