Condos have a lower price entry point, but many are facing insurance assessments due to rising insurance costs, so that has to be reviewed carefully, but single family homes are seeing the same rate pressure unless very new construction. 

West San Jose has more corporate offices, while East and South San Jose have more hospitals and large constructions.

I am looking at gathering Investors to do a new construction in Lake Elsinore CA.

I have family in construction who have looked at it and feel it has fairly solid bones and I like the location and think it's on the way up.

@Sean Regan If you dont have much construction experience , I would leave it to the licensed , and Insured contractor .

That pissed those tenants off something fierce (naturally we were getting blamed for it) and on top of it, it was difficult to show the property to groups as construction work was going and the feedback from the current tenants to prospective tenants was poor.

I have 2023 new construction build with 20k equity.
