Rentals are great but not if they constantly bother you. 

In Dallas Metroplex I am constantly finding good deals in Fort Worth.I wouldn't recommended to add extra cash every month to pay for the mortgage.

It’s not that easy and even when you believe you have all the puzzle pieces in place, you will be replacing those pieces constantly.

Provides good support, doesn't usually bother me unless it comes to expenses large expenses or rent adjustment.The reason I am thinking of getting out of being a real estate investor is due to the stress and constant little expenses that are adding up. 

Louisville is adding jobs daily and the big employers are constantly investing in the area. 

Also see if you can partner with a realtor who knows the investing side of things and won't get annoyed by constant asking of sold comps.
