Does anyone have suggested property management companies they've used in Florida that they can recommend I reach out to, to see if we're a good fit for each other?

With this small muti investment, the management should be a bit easier that larger investments and you will be able to find more management companies that can help if that is the way you go. 

I work for a building materials company now and took their online game from Zero to very engaged in the past few years and it's been really fun.

I would like to start connecting with lenders, attorneys, realtors, title companies, and all other professional in the SATX commercial real estate market.  

To set the stage, I'm owner of a short-term rental property in the Poconos in PA and we use a property management company for bookings, maintenance/cleaning, guest management, etc.This past weekend we had a guest booking but when the guests arrived Friday evening the house had no running water, though it had been running fine earlier in the day when the Property manager (PM) was at the house to give a final check and leave the welcome packet.

Recently, I sold my position in a company due to an acquisition, which liquidated $750,000.

The credit unions in my area only work with bigger companies so just know I have already reached out. 

I think in 22 years we only went through 3 keurigs and on one I complained to the company about the problem and they sent us a free replacement machine.

However, they are merging with another company next month which does NOT have MLS-only memberships.
