Prompt communication is what's MOST important:)

I believe I have never communicated with Jonathan in person (PM, text, email, phone, etc).  

You could do a limited service (outsource booking + guest communications) to a company like mine or evolve for a lower fee and then manage your own maintenance and cleaners.

“Bad” if they lose all money, or if they lose some money but fail to communicate.
