Ask her about travel insurance and then make sure you block her from ever booking with you again.

With new construction and renovations going on, on almost every block.

The risk level is too high, I've been around the block a few times and I would most likely pass too.  

They cover too large an area and will lead to you either getting take advantage of or making a costly mistake:(Investing in the City of Deroit should actually be done block-by-block.

Have 3 VRBO bookings so far and only 1 has successfully synched across all platforms, which had me almost double book dates on Airbnb...still can't block those dates b/c I have to do it on Guesty and they're blocked on there but it's not synching w/ Airbnb.

Cleveland can be tricky as you can be in a good up-and-coming area, and then a few blocks over, you can be in a tougher location.
