No money out of pocket is great and all, but for those of us that were around 25 years ago, we all have stories of friends, families, and colleagues that got clocked b/c they were over-leveraged and ended up losing everything.I recommend having your own formula to make sure you are protected from a market collapse, something like 3-6 months reserves for ALL properties.

Since we now have Provincial sub-forums on BP, I am going to suggest we collapse them as follows:- Atlantic Canada - Québec- Ontario- Prairies & the North- British Columbia My argument for the collapse is there are not enough active BP members in the Maritime/Atlantic Provinces, Prairies and, certainly not, the Territories to warrant individual provincial/territorial forums.
