No doubt piper can give you advice on how to put BS and lies in your contract to get out of it but only those with no honesty and integrity work that way.

If he fudged on income, make him a lower offer based on what he reported:)You might not believe this, but people lie in this business!

Anywhere you have low lying areas close to water you're going to have an added carrying cost for flood insurance (unless 100% equity).  

Hello folks - Even though this was a failure I consider this a learning experience and looking for some insight since it looks like a chicken and egg situation.I won a bid on a website for a 1955 Capecod.

Now we are looking to expand our business so we can have more time flexibility for what ever lies ahead.

In other words, does it matter where the biggest chunk of our money lies, whether it be in the home we live in or the one we rent out?

Be careful about "multiple offers" they lie! 

I know the return lies greatly on each fund's management and strategy, but would like to have a high level understanding on how interest rate might impact the yield of a note fund.
