Beautiful Woodwork that needed life brought back to it.

I am completely and totally hooked on the power and life changing ability real estate investing has, and it happened by accident, sort of.I bought my 1st house like most young people with an FHA mortgage, in 2015 with my beautiful wife. 

A friend of mine was trying to buy a beautiful house that used to be a grow up (considerably below market value) but they couldn’t get a mortgage .... and it was remediated but the record stays on for 10 years. 

Therefore I can easily see charging $150 if my handyman or me has to drop what we are doing to go let a tenant in.The beauty of the Shurlock in the backyard is that we do not do that. 

I would definitely buy REO again, I enjoyed taking the house no one wanted to touch and making something beautiful out of it.
