You'll meet lots of people and sometimes there are some attendees actually doing deals, who are there to network with new investors, hoping they will bring them deals.I'd be interested in your posting your impressions after the event.

For every 2 hours of real information, there was about 1.5 hours of "pitch", "motivation", or "hypnotic stage induction" techniques designed to get the attendee to "sign on the line that is dotted".

But not for the attendees at the conference. 

I have to agree with his assessment of more than 90% of REIA attendees though.

Part of the pitch is that the prospective attendee will "miss out" or be shunned from the group if they fail to commit.

Masking of all attendees will also be required.Unfortunately, New Orleans and Louisiana is once again a hot spot for covid.
