Why have someone that is a constant source of aggravation and problems?

Mostly it just aggravates me.  

To further aggravate the situation, contractors don't want to jump through the hoops and this leads to many of them excluding wilmington as a place they will work in.  

But, even if you might prevail, probably not worth the aggravation.

If you buy a home in the middle of a downtown, you go in (or should go in) with the expectation that you're going to hear the typical noises of a city - traffic, police sirens - and that you're going to enjoy some of the perks (walkable neighborhoods) and suffer some of the aggravation (parking a mile from your house, dealing with panhandlers).

Pretty sure I should be able to get my listing away from them but do I have any other recourse with these unethical people for my aggravation and loss of time???

They are aggravating to use at times but I've found them to be the easiest to use at the lowest price point.

Is it really worth the aggravation and liability to make $50 per month under a best case scenario?  

If it looks like the bottom of a toilet after a bowel movement, wait another 6-12 months and evaluate again. 

“Possession of a firearm” by itself isn’t usually even a crime, much less a felony, unless there’s some aggravating factors, like he was already a convicted felon or it was a stolen firearm or he used it in the commission of another crime.
